Rozana Travel acts as an “Intermediary” solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related products and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for facilitating travel requirements. You acknowledge that Rozana Travel merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate services to you. Rozana Travel is not the last mile service provider to you and therefore Rozana Travel shall not be deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person or entity including airline, hotel, activity provider or similar agency), you shall engage, hire from the content available on the Site.

Conditions for Use of the Website

As a condition of your use of this Site, you warrant that:

While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or service reservations booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website.

Communication Policy of the site

Upon transacting on the Site, you will receive an e-mail from Rozana Travel informing the status of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent to e-mail address provided by you and Rozana Travel is not responsible towards the receipt of the said e-mail in your inbox. You will have to take due care and caution and are responsible for entering the proper and accurate contact details including your name (as per Passport), email ID to ensure that we can effectively communicate with you.
You acknowledges that the SMS (Short Messaging Service) provided by Rozana Travel is an additional facility provided for the customer’s convenience. It is not mandatory under the law in force to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. In case you do not receive any SMS for whatsoever reason, Rozana Travel is not liable for the same.
Rozana Travel is not responsible to provide information on any change in flight schedules, cancellation, status of airline/hotel etc.
Any grievance regarding the service should be communicated as per the grievance policy laid out herein.

Availability, Rules of Service

The products and services displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase in your particular country or locality. The reference to such products and services on the Site does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time in your particular geographical location. The products and services also are subject to availability, Rozana Travel shall not be responsible if at the time of completing the transaction on the Site, the product is not available or is sold out. Rozana Travel Rights

If you send any communications or materials to Rozana Travel by electronic mail or otherwise, including any comments, data, questions, suggestions or the like, all such communications are, and will be treated by Rozana Travel, as non-confidential.

You hereby give up any and all claim that any use of such material violates any of your rights including moral rights, privacy rights, proprietary or other property rights, publicity rights, rights to credit for material or ideas, or any other right, including the right to approve the way Rozana Travel uses such material.

Any material submitted to this Site may be adapted, broadcasted, changed, copied, disclosed, licensed, performed, posted, published, sold, transmitted or used by Rozana Travel anywhere in the world, in any medium and, forever.

If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Rozana Travel may cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your name, email address, or account, and close any associated Tripeur accounts. In addition, Tripeur may verify (i.e. preauthorize) your credit card. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Rozana Travel reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses to Rozana Travel, including litigation costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking or freezing or closure of an account, please contact Rozana Travel Customer Service.

Rozana Travel reserves the right to undertake all necessary steps to ensure that the security, safety and integrity of Rozana Travel’s systems as well as its client’s interests are and remain, well-protected. Towards this end, Rozana Travel may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you.

If Rozana Travel, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said transactions are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Rozana Travel may cancel the said orders at any time up before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Rozana Travel.

Transmitted Material

Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to this Site may be read or intercepted by others unless there is a special notice that a particular message (for example, credit card information) is encrypted (sent in code). Sending a message to Rozana Travel does not cause Rozana Travel to have any special responsibility to you.

The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing travel or other services on this website are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Rozana Travel. Rozana Travel is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Tripeur has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majesty or other causes beyond its direct control, and it has no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.

Rozana Travel expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our website and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Rozana Travel hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. Rozana Travel considers itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Bangalore, India.

Grievance Policy

Rozana Travel strongly believes in a sincere and transparent approach to its users. You trust and love us and we would never put growth before trust. This policy document aims at minimizing instances of customer complaints, grievances and disappointments via channelized approach, review and redressal.
You can file a grievance / share feedback if you are disappointed with the services rendered by Rozana Travel or any other issues. You can give your grievance / feedback through email or regular mail.

In order to make Rozana Travel redressal channels more meaningful and effective, a structured system has been put in place. This system will ensure that the complaints are redressed seamlessly and well within the stipulated timeframe.

Severability

Should any provisions of this Agreement be held by a court of law to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected or impaired thereby.

Relationship

None of the provisions of this Agreement or the right to use this Site by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of Rozana Travel Sites or its partner websites, shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the User and Rozana Travel and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way.

This Agreement (and any other terms and conditions referenced herein) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rozana Travel respect to this Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Rozana Travel with respect to this Website. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
